How returns and refunds work
Hello dear customers, If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, You can return that product and get a 100% or partial refund for up to 15 days of the delivery of your order.
The product that you are returning should be in the same conditions as it is delivered to you.
We do not cover these conditions for refund
- If you order a DIY product or Custom Product.
- If your is not in same condition.
- Without any proof or evidence
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
If you are not happy with the product and want to return a product simply raise a ticket on [email protected] Please include in email-
- Your order number
- Your name
- Your email which you used to purchase the item.
Our support member will answer your query within 24-48 Working Hours.
Our buyers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Shipping cost cannot be reimbursed. If your order is above $75 we suggest you to send your item using trackable Shipping method.
What If you haven't received your order
Our manufacturing units are located in USA and Asia. So we take almost 12-20 working days to deliver your product.
**We are not able to offer a refund for the products which are still in transit.**
If you haven’t got your product after 30 days of order please raise a ticket at [email protected] or text us at +1-501-487-7907. We will help you within 24 hours.
(On US holiday season shipping may exceed 30 days due to busy USPS system)
